سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
حرصاً منا على رضا عملائنا، نوفر إمكانية الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال وفق الشروط التالية:
- يحق للعميل طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال مدة أقصاها 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
- يجب الاحتفاظ بالفاتورة أو إثبات الشراء وإبرازه عند طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
- يشترط أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة، وغير متضررة، مع جميع ملحقاتها وتغليفها الأصلي.
- سيتم فحص القطعة عند استلامها للتأكد من سلامتها ومطابقتها لشروط الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
- في حال اجتياز القطعة للفحص والتأكد من أنها بحالة جديدة وسليمة، سيتم قبول طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
- يتم تقديم الطلب من خلال التواصل معنا عبر الواتساب، وسيتم التنسيق لإرسال مندوب لاستلام القطعة من العميل.
- بعد استلام القطعة وفحصها واعتماد الطلب، سيتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع عبر رابط دفع يتم إرساله للعميل لاستكمال إجراءات الاسترجاع.
- تحتفظ الإدارة بحق رفض طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال في حال عدم استيفاء الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.

Return & Exchange Policy
At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns and exchanges under the following terms and conditions:
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.
- The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided when requesting a return or exchange.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the return and exchange requirements.
- If the item passes inspection and is confirmed to be in new and resalable condition, the return or exchange request will be approved.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp. Our team will coordinate the collection of the item through a courier representative.
- Once the item has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed through a payment link sent to the customer.
- We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
